You might find some great bargains in the GCC General Sto re. You will have to register to check them out and you will also find plenitudinous information on just about everything Glen Cove has to offer as the site matures. I have been to the Great Pyramids of Egypt, ran away from the tarantulas of Mexico, seen how tall a polar bear can get in Alaska, experienced the exotic gardens of Japan, surfed the waves of Hawaii, adapted to the flavor of kimchi in South Korea, tasted the real beer of Germany, and been to all 50 States. Yet, as they say, there is NO PLACE like home. Glen Cove is a wonderful city as most of us can attest. So, I built this site for some very basic reasons… to get closer and to understand what is going on around us.
Some of us. not all, are left in the dark about things and do not know where to turn. Some of us have lived here all our lives yet never knew there was a beach on Shore Road. I spoke with a man that lived in Glen Cove for 50 years and didn't even know that Morgan Beach existed. Totally amazing... this well kept secret. Some of us think that St. Hyacinth is in Glen Cove but is really apart of Glen Head.We are experiencing a lot of people moving into our town who are not respecting our history nor our beautiful parks and beaches. Some throw bottles against the rocks or into the water and ignorantly saying to him or herself “No one is taking care of these beaches anyways so why not?” I have just touched on some things but there are plenty more. Still, there are great things to say about our city too! So, come join us and sit a spell. We have forums and chat rooms where you can mingle and have discussions on just about anything. Check out our photo, video galleries, and more... Welcome aboard!

To make money online many people jump right in before they are properly prepared. You know that to be a rocket scientist, a doctor, a brick layer, a construction worker, an office worker, a teacher there are prerequisites, things you must learn, before you can be successful, you don't just jump right in unprepared. The same applies to the Internet marketing industry even though there are unsavory people out there who'd have you believe it's a "Walk in the Park" and requires no more than the belief that you can just do it. And I'll have to admit, it is a walk in the park compared to what you have to put up with in the working world punching a clock being a subordinate to someone who does not have your interests in mind, but there are still rules you have to follow and pitfalls you must avoid to actually make Internet marketing work for you. |

Hello ladies and gents! I'd like to introduce myself to you as I'm new to the site, but before I do that I'd like to acknowledge the creator of this site Lorin (aka...DarkCloud). These pages have truly been a labor of love for him and I should know because I've witnessed it as he's worked tirelessly and diligently to make this site what it is today and if you know him like I do...it's really just only the beginning.

{extravote 1} What You Need To Do Before A Talent Show Are you prepared to saunter your junk? Singing, dancing, and magic tricks are just a few of the talents often seen in talent shows. Most of the performers find acting in public talent shows to be an excellent way to highlight their ability, get direction for a brand new career, or just have fun displaying the very own performance. Its hard to believe but talent competitions are getting national exposure with programs like American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and Rockstar SuperNova. The hyped up talent competitions are creating some gigantic and well known stars for their contestants and winners. The following are what you can do to get ready to take center stage. |
